About the Role

We are seeking a performance-driven Creative Designer who lives and breathes AI-driven visual creation. In this role, you will own the creative production pipeline—transforming static product assets into high-converting AI static ads and native-style AI video content that drive measurable scale.

You won't just follow briefs; you will analyze market trends, study competitor ads, and systematically generate creative angles that convert.

Responsibilities
AI Asset Generation: Produce high-converting static ad images and product concepts using modern AI workflows daily.

AI Video Production: Convert static product images into engaging, native-style AI video ads (using tools like Kling, Higgsfield, Runway, or Midjourney).

UGC & Performance Creatives: Create native-feeling UGC and video ads built for rapid testing across campaign channels.

Competitor Intelligence: Deconstruct high-performing competitor creatives to identify winning hooks, angles, and visual trends, then adapt them into assets for our brands.

Creative Pipeline Ownership: Proactively propose new creative angles and iterate on winning assets without waiting for step-by-step briefs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with frontend specialists, listing managers, and media buyers to align assets with landing pages and campaign targets.

Must-Have
Hands-on AI Expertise: 6+ months of demonstrated, practical experience using modern AI image and video generation tools.

Proven Workflow: A clear, repeatable system for turning static images into video assets (we value structured process over trial-and-error).

Portfolio Required: A portfolio showcasing static AI image generation and the resulting AI video outputs (e-commerce or fashion experience is a strong plus).

Creative Instinct: Ability to look at performance data/competitor ads and translate insights into fresh visual hooks.

Communication & Tech: Strong written English, concise status updates, and comfort managing tasks in digital project tools (Asana or similar).

Nice-to-Have
Experience in fashion, DTC e-commerce, or high-volume dropshipping creatives.

Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Kling, Higgsfield, Runway Gen-3, or Midjourney.

Basic understanding of performance ad metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS).

Work Setup & Pay
Schedule: Flexible hourly schedule with daily deliverables (with a required ~3 hours overlap in EST for check-ins and team syncs).

Tracking: Timeproof software for hour logging and payment transparency.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ($5–$10+/hr aligned with demonstrated speed, experience, and output quality).

Location: Remote (team based in Mexico and globally).

Our Core Values
