About the role
We run high-volume paid traffic campaigns in the rewarded apps / sweepstakes vertical (Freecash, TesterUp, and similar CPI/CPA offers). We're looking for an experienced media buyer who can launch, manage, and scale TikTok campaigns daily without hand-holding.
What you'll do

Launch and manage TikTok ad campaigns for sweepstakes/rewarded app offers (US, FR, and other geos)
Monitor performance daily, make scale/kill decisions based on settled conversion data
Work with our tracking setup (Everflow, sub-ID conventions) to attribute performance per creative and batch
Coordinate with our creative team on what angles/hooks to produce next
Report daily numbers in a clean, structured format

Requirements (non-negotiable)

Proven experience running Freecash, TesterUp, or similar sweepstakes/rewarded app offers — you will be asked for specifics (payouts, geos, CVRs, spend levels you've managed)
Hands-on TikTok Ads experience (campaign structure, spark ads, creative testing)
Experience with affiliate trackers (Everflow, RedTrack, Keitaro, or similar)
Understanding of CPI/CPA economics — payback, EPC, CVR, conversion lag
Self-managed, comfortable with async work and daily reporting
Good written English

Nice to have

Experience with Meta as secondary channel
Multi-account management experience (AdsPower or similar)
Experience buying traffic for FR, US, or LATAM geos
