I'm an actor building my career, and I need ONE reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant for ongoing email outreach work. Pay is per task completed, so you work on your own schedule and earn based on output.

THE WORK: PERSONALIZED EMAIL OUTREACH

• I'll give you the types of people I want to reach: casting directors, directors, and producers (mostly up-and-coming, with examples fro ---------- )
• You research each person BEFORE adding them to the list: what they've cast/directed/produced recently, and whether they're the kind of person likely to actually respond (active on new projects, working with new talent, reachable). Diligent research is the core of this job - I'd rather reach 50 right people than 500 random ones.
• You find their contact email using ContactOut (I reimburse the subscription)
• You write a SHORT personalized email (2-3 sentences referencing their actual work) introducing me, with a link to my video - sent from a dedicated Gmail I provide
• You log every contact in a shared tracking sheet: name, role, project, date sent, opened/replied, next follow-up date
• You run a follow-up schedule: one polite follow-up ~2 weeks after no reply, logged in the sheet, then leave them alone
• IMPORTANT: This is NOT mass email ing. Every email is individually written. Quality over quantity. Max 10-15 sends per day.

PAY (PER TASK):

• Personalized outreach email (researched + written + sent + logged): I'll state my rate per email when we talk
• Paid weekly via your preferred method
• ContactOut subscription reimbursed
• Consistent work available every week for months if you're good

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent written English - your email s represent me to industry professionals
• Very detail-oriented: names spelled right, correct person, no copy-paste mistakes (one lazy email can damage my reputation, so carefulness is everything)
• Comfortable with Google Sheets and Gmail
• Bonus: experience with lead generation, cold outreach, or ContactOut/Apollo-type tools
