Social Media Video Editor | Long & Short Form Content

We’re looking for someone who wants to help build a fast-growing media company. If you’ve helped creators grow audiences and know how to turn one filming day into content across multiple platforms, we’d love to meet you.

Looking for an experienced video editor to join our growing production team. You’ll edit content for multiple brands across YouTube, Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form videos for multiple content brands.
• Create short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and TikTok.
• Add captions, music, sound effects, B-roll, and graphics when needed.
• Organize project files and maintain a clean workflow.
• Export content in the correct formats for each platform.
• Meet deadlines and communicate consistently.

Requirements

• Experience editing content for multiple social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve (preferred).
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and editing instructions.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Good written English.
• Able to accept feedback and make revisions quickly.

Performance reviews after 30 and 90 days. Compensation will increase based on performance, workload, and company growth.

After 30 days…

You should consistently help us produce:

• Weekly YouTube episodes
• Daily Shorts
• Daily Reels
• Daily TikToks
• Facebook content

With the goal of increasing consistency, audience growth, and platform monetization.
