Role Overview:
We're looking for a Senior Video Editor to create scroll-stopping video ads that drive big ROAS across our brands: ---------- , ---------- , and ---------- .

What You’ll Do:
-Edit high-converting video ads for Facebook /Meta and e-commerce brands.
-Create VSLs, product demos, testimonials, and UGC-style videos.
-Turn raw footage into polished, conversion-focused content.
-Use motion graphics, text, and transitions to boost engagement.
-Leverage AI tools to streamline video production.
-Collaborate with the CEO and marketing team on campaigns.
-Stay on top of video and social media trends.

Who We’re Looking For:
-4+ years in video editing for e-commerce/direct response (Facebook /Meta ads a must).
-Expert in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut (bonus: After Effects).
-Skilled at crafting strong hooks, B-rolls, and scroll-stopping edits.
-Data-driven—understands hold rates, hook rates, and creative iteration.
-Pro in UGC-style, mobile-first, and multi-format editing (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
-Knows funnel stages (TOF/MOF/BOF) and optimizes for conversions.
-Familiar with AI tools (Veo3, Synthesia, HeyGen, etc.).
-Fast, organized, and an excellent communicator.
