TASKS

TASK #1: Research and Curate Viral Content

• Research 30-50 viral short-form videos on Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Strategically select content ideas that will help specific clients go viral
• Organize all content ideas in the "Client Master Sheet"
• Copy/paste links to each content piece
• Write out the hook of each content piece
• Categorize content (Hero Story, Educational, Entertaining, Promotional)
• Add precise video instructions on how each piece can be replicated

TASK #2: Provide Strategic Content Direction

• Analyze client information (niche, target audience, personality, content style)
• Identify and recommend 3 inspirational accounts for clients to follow in their niche
• Create detailed instructions for content replication tailored to the client's abilities
• Think strategically about what will help each client succeed

TASK #3: Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain a content library categorized by niche for efficient future use
• Complete daily End-of-Day Reports (EOD)
• Attend multiple meetings with your manager each week
• Continuously improve content recommendations based on what works

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent English skills (C1 or above - non-negotiable!)
• Previous experience in content creation is a MUST
• Experience in content research and trend analysis
• Strong understanding of what makes content go viral
• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts features
• Strategic thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to provide clear, actionable instructions
• Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
• 100% say-do ratio and commitment to deadlines
