Qualifications:

• Not currently employed part ---------- -time and can start immediately.
• Comfortable BEING ON CAMERA throughout the entire work shift via Google Meet
• Willing to work full-time on a U.S. schedule
• FLUENT in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• BPO/customer service experience required
• Confident in handling calls inbound and primarily OUTBOUND
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Assist patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Coordinate updates and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate documentation
