Qualifications:

• BPO/customer service experience required
• Fluent in English
• Confident in handling mostly OUTBOUND calls
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Comfortable being on camera throughout the entire work shift.
• Willing to work full-time on a U.S. schedule
• Not currently employed part ---------- -time and can start immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and mostly outbound calls
• Assist patients, families, and healthcare professionals (social workers and care managers)
• Coordinate updates and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate documentation
