Back Office & Growth Specialist (Remote | Full-Time)

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Back Office & Growth Specialist to become the operational backbone of our growing backflow testing company serving thousands of customers throughout Southern California.

What You'll Do
Submit completed backflow test results to the appropriate water districts accurately and on time.
Create and send invoices the same day using QuickBooks and follow up on outstanding payments.
Contact existing customers for annual re-test reminders and schedule recurring appointments.
Proactively call HOAs, communities, and property managers to schedule and batch testing appointments throughout the year.
Answer inbound phone calls, text messages, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain an accurate client database and CRM, ensuring all testing records and appointment dates are up to date.
Support daily administrative operations to keep the business running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in administrative support, operations, customer service, or executive assistance.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships with customers and property managers.
Experience using QuickBooks for invoicing is highly preferred.
Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
