Full-Time YouTube Documentary Video Editor & Researcher

We are looking for a full-time YouTube Documentary Video Editor & Researcher to join our growing team. You'll help create high-quality documentary-style YouTube videos that are 30–45 minutes long, producing 3 videos per week.

Responsibilities
Edit 3 long-form YouTube documentary videos each week.
Source high-quality B-roll from stock footage websites (access provided).
Research and find supporting footage, photos, maps, and visuals from YouTube and other approved sources.
Use our scripts to generate AI voiceovers with ElevenLabs (account and settings provided).
Sync voiceovers with visuals to create engaging, fast-paced videos.
Add transitions, motion graphics, zooms, maps, text, images, and other visual elements when needed.
Select and add background music and sound effects.
Organize project files and export final videos.
Maintain a consistent editing style across all videos.
Meet deadlines and communicate progress regularly.
Requirements
Experience editing long-form YouTube videos.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
Strong research skills and ability to find engaging visuals.
Experience sourcing B-roll and creating compelling visual storytelling.
Experience using ElevenLabs is a plus.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable, organized, and able to meet weekly deadlines.
Good English communication skills.
