Fast-scaling DR supplement brand hiring a dedicated AI-animation specialist on a monthly retainer to produce 5–10 animated ad concepts per week.

?? This is a specialist role — not a generalist. We're only hiring people who do AI character animation and nothing else. If you're a "jack of all trades" editor who also does VSLs, UGC, and static — this isn't for you. We want a master of one thing.

The deal:

Monthly pay: $[1,00]/month (fixed retainer)

Output: 5–10 finished animated concepts per week

Ongoing, long-term — we're building a team, not a one-off gig

What you'll create (this is ALL you'll do):

Pixar-style 3D cartoon character ads

Claymation / stop-motion-style ads

Anatomical / skeleton / x-ray animation

Singing-mascot / AI-music ads

Personified character ads (villains, organs, mascots)

You must be fluent in:

Image: Midjourney / Flux / Nano Banana / Ideogram

Image-to-video: Kling / Runway / Veo / Higgsfield / Hailuo / Sora

Voice + music: ElevenLabs / Suno

Edit: CapCut / Premiere / After Effects

Must-have skills:

Character consistency across a full ad (same character, clip to clip)

Lip-sync / speaking-character animation

Fast-cut DR pacing + word-synced captions

A direct-response brain — you get hooks and retention, not just pretty visuals

You must be a professional:

Reliable, communicative, hits every deadline

Works cleanly from a script/storyboard

Takes feedback and turns revisions fast

Consistent quality at volume — every week, not just when inspired

Non-negotiable: portfolio/reel of these exact styles. No reel = no interview.
