Chief Operating Officer / EOS Integrator (Full-Time, Long-Term)

We're Caddy ( ---------- ), a fast-growing US company building AI systems
for business owners. The founder is moving fast and needs a true right hand
to turn a founder-led company into a well-oiled machine. That's this role.

THE ROLE
You are the founder's Integrator: you own operations end to end while he stays
on vision and growth. You build and document the systems, run EOS, manage the
projects and the team, and hire as we scale. Your mandate is simple to say and
hard to do: make this company run like a machine.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own day-to-day operations across the whole business
• Build, streamline, and fully document every process into clean SOPs
• Run EOS as our Integrator and hold the team accountable to it
• Manage projects, deadlines, and cross-functional execution
• Recruit, onboard, and lead our growing team
• Architect how our tools, workflows, and people fit into one system
• Drive an early, concrete win: compress our core client delivery from 90 days

to under 60

MUST HAVE

• Fantastic spoken English at a C1/C2 level (you'll be in daily founder syncs

and leading the team)

• Proven experience implementing and running EOS, ideally as an Integrator
• Very comfortable with systems thinking and operational architecture: how

tools, processes, and people connect into one machine

• Strong project and team management
• Exceptional communication, written and verbal
• A track record building operational systems from startup to scale and

turning them into documented SOPs

NICE TO HAVE

• Lean Six Sigma or a similar process methodology
• Experience in a software, SaaS, or AI company
• Comfort with automation and AI tools
• You've personally taken a company from chaotic to fully documented, and can

show exactly how

DETAILS

• Full-time, long-term. This is a core leadership seat reporting directly to

the founder

• Hours: primarily US business hours, since you'll be in daily founder syncs

and leading the team

• Pay: $[3,000]-$[5,500]/month USD, depending on experience
• Start: as soon as we find the right person
