I’m looking for someone who understands viral short-form content and can find strong ---------- nts from KICK livestreams and turn them into engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.

This is not just a basic video-editing position. You must understand what people are talking about online, recognize entertaining or controversial ---------- nts quickly, and know what could potentially go viral.

You will be responsible for watching livestreams or recorded streams, finding the best ---------- nts without being given timestamps, and turning them into short videos that are ready to post.

Responsibilities

• Watch KICK livestreams and recorded streams.
• Find funny, shocking, entertaining, emotional, or controversial ---------- nts.
• Create strong short-form clips using CapCut or similar software.
• Add captions, zooms, sound effects, images, and simple edits when needed.
• Write short hooks and on-screen text that create curiosity.
• Make sure the opening seconds immediately grab attention.
• Deliver clips quickly while the topic is still trending.
• Follow streamers, boxers, influencers, and internet personalities.
• Help identify content that has the potential to go viral.
