We are looking for a talented and fast-paced Video Editor to join our team full-time. Your main responsibility will be creating high-converting short-form video ads for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook , and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities
Edit engaging short-form video advertisements.
Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and music.
Follow creative briefs while also bringing your own creative ideas.
Produce multiple video variations for A/B testing.
Meet daily deadlines and maintain consistent quality.
Organize project files and communicate progress with the team.
Requirements
Proven experience editing short-form content.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software.
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and retention techniques.
Ability to work independently and accept feedback.
Fluent in English.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
Bonus Skills
Experience with Meta and TikTok ad creatives.
Motion graphics and basic VFX.
Graphic design experience (Photoshop or Illustrator).
Familiarity with e-commerce and direct-response marketing.
