We're Hiring: Virtual Assistant (Outreach & Research)

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us with lead generation, outreach, and research. If you're organized, proactive, and have experience with cold email campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Send and manage cold email outreach campaigns
Find and research influencers on:
YouTube
Instagram
TikTok

Research and build targeted lists of brands and companies
Warm up and manage email accounts to improve deliverability
Maintain organized spreadsheets and CRM records
Verify contact information and keep lead lists clean
Report daily progress and completed tasks

Requirements
Experience with cold email outreach
Understanding of email warm-up best practices (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemwarm, etc.)
Strong research skills for finding influencers and brands
Excellent attention to detail
Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel
Good written English
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Bonus Skills
Experience with Instantly, , Apollo, , or similar tools
Experience with influencer outreach
Knowledge of email deliverability and domain management
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT

Compensation

We offer a base salary plus performance-based commissions.
