About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Tax Resolution Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position supporting U.S.-based clients with tax resolution services. You will work directly with clients after they have been onboarded, helping prepare and process various IRS resolution programs while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct welcome calls with newly onboarded clients.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to gather information and provide updates.
• Prepare and submit IRS Installment Agreement requests.
• Prepare Currently Not Collectible (CNC) applications.
• Prepare Penalty Abatement requests.
• Prepare U.S. individual tax returns (limited volume).
• Prepare Offer in Compromise (OIC) applications (infrequent).
• Maintain accurate client records and case notes in the company's CRM.
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely case progression.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Experience with U.S. tax resolution services or U.S. tax preparation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office.

Preferred

• Experience preparing IRS resolution forms and supporting documentation.
• Familiarity with IRS procedures and taxpayer resolution programs.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
