About us
We're Tutor Easily, a UK-based coaching company that helps online tutors scale their businesses. Our clients build 5,000-strong communities, hit 6× ROAS on ads, and go from £0 to £7,500 in their first 10 weeks. We've got a proven offer and a steady flow of warm inbound leads — we just need someone to look after them properly.
The role
You're the first point of contact for every lead that comes through our DMs — Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, sometimes email . These are warm leads — they've either grabbed our free course or booked a call directly. Your job is to qualify them, nurture them, and book them onto calls with our closer.
Right now we get around 150 booked calls a month, with about 15 closing. We want someone who can push both numbers up.
What you'll be doing

Replying to inbound DMs quickly (we aim for under 5 minutes when leads are active)
Having real, qualifying conversations — not scripted spam
Sending the right case study at the right ---------- nt based on what each lead actually says
Running the pre-call nurture sequence so booked leads show up ready
Politely turning away leads who aren't a good fit
Briefing the closer before each call
Keeping the CRM updated daily
Sending a short daily report on what's happening in the DMs

Pay

Base: $500/month
Commission: $75 per closed deal, no cap
Salary review every 6 months — top performers get base increases

The base is intentionally light — the commission is where you win. Our best setters think like business owners, not employees.
Hours
This is results-based. We don't clock hours — we track response time, show rate, and closes.
That said: our leads are most active during UK afternoons and evenings, which is evening into night Manila time. You need to be around when the DMs are busy. If you're not online when leads are warm, you'll lose them — and lose commission. That's just how it works.
What we're looking for

Real DM setting experience for a high-ticket coaching or info-product offer
Excellent written English — natural and conversational
Comfortable with short voice notes in English
Self-starter who hits their numbers without being chased
Long-term mindset — we want someone here for 2+ years
Reliable internet, power backup, decent laptop
