The Role
Part-time transition to full time
10–20 hrs/week — 3–10 concepts per week
Editing short-form direct-response ads (9:16) for Meta

Hard Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
1+ year DTC/ecom direct-response editing experience — you must show ads you cut that actually ran in ad accounts
Portfolio of Meta ads — not "cool edits." Include ROAS/spend context if you can
Comfortable working from script + reference video + B-roll direction — no hand-holding on pacing, transitions, or caption style
Fluent English, reliable comms (Slack/Loom/ ---------- )

Paid Trial
I'll send you 1 script + 1 reference video + a B-roll folder. You deliver 1 finished ad (9:16, 30 seconds to 3 minute video) with 3 hook variations. Paid $10 for the test. Best performer moves straight to retainer.
Trial completion is how you get hired — not your proposal.
Compensation
Retainer: $400–$600/month (5–10 videos/week) will start with $30–$50/concept per-project until we're both comfortable
Winner's bonus: $50–$100 per winning creative (any ad that spends $500+ at target ROAS) — good editors make real extra money here

How We Work
You receive a Notion/Miro brief — script, reference link, B-roll notes, asset folder
You edit and upload to Google Drive
I leave timestamp comments
One revision round — clear briefs mean no endless back-and-forth
Ad launches
Weekly 30-min call — we review Ad Library winners together and break down pacing, hooks, and transitions so you keep levelling up
