Game Playtester

Game Playtester — Full-Time Remote (Philippines)

We're Spawn (spawn.co) — a place where people make multiplayer games with an AI companion. We're hiring full-time playtesters to keep our world alive around the clock: play newly published games, be a friendly real player in creators' worlds, and report what you find.

Hard requirements (check before applying):

• 18 or older (paid contractor role)
• Computer from ~2020 or newer, latest Chrome or Edge installed
• Internet: 25+ Mbps download / 10+ Mbps upload (speedtest.net screenshot required)
• Stable power and internet (if your area has brownouts, tell us your backup)
• ---------- account for shift communications
• Comfortable written English (your shift reports are how creators hear what you found)

The job:

• Play Spawn games during your 6-hour shift — newly published games first
• Report bugs with the in-game bug tool; send your notes and impressions in your shift report
• Be a good presence in creators' worlds — you're often a player's first co-player
• No prior playtesting experience needed — if you love games and communicate clearly, that's the job

Shifts — pick two you could work (times in PH time):

• Shift A: 12:00am–6:00am · Shift B: 6:00am–12:00pm · Shift C: 12:00pm–6:00pm · Shift D: 6:00pm–12:00am
• Tell us your preferred working days (Monday–Sunday). You're welcome to work 6 hours every day — 6 days/week is the expectation.
• Rate: $4.00/hr USD, paid monthly as an independent consultant
