About the Role: As the Music & Entertainment Growth Assistant, you aren't just handling admin—you are driving the business forward. Your mission is twofold: ensure the artist’s digital presence is flawless and fill the calendar with high-value performances. This role requires a mix of creative marketing, meticulous organization, and the "hustle" to make sales calls and close deals with talent buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing, Relationship Mgmt, Bookings & Business Development : You will proactively research venues, festivals, and corporate events. You will be responsible for making outbound sales calls and sending personalized pitches to secure paid performances.

Social Media Management: You will plan and schedule content across social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube staying on top of music trends and engaging with fans to build a tight-knit community.

Email Marketing: You will manage the artist’s mailing list, designing and sending weekly/monthly newsletters to announce new music, merchandise drops, and tour dates.

Relationship Nurturing & CRM: You will maintain our database of industry contacts, ensuring we follow up with talent buyers and past clients to keep the artist "top of mind."

Admin & Logistics: You will update the official website, manage the master calendar, and ensure the Electronic Press Kit (EPK) is always updated for high-stakes opportunities.

Requirements:

Exceptional Verbal English: You must be confident, clear, and persuasive on the phone with US-based venues and organizers.

Sales Mindset: You enjoy the challenge of outreach and are motivated by hitting booking targets and earning bonuses.

Marketing Savvy: Proficient in Canva, email platforms (like Mailchimp), and social media scheduling tools.

Proactive & Reliable: You don't wait to be told what to do; you look for opportunities to grow the brand. You must have a stable, high-speed internet connection.
