AI Video Editor | Consistent AI Avatar Needed

I am looking for a creative, dependable AI video editor who can turn scripts and storyboard ideas into polished, engaging video content. You will create long-form videos, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other repurposed assets using a mix of AI-generated visuals, voice-over, captions, motion, B-roll, and social media design. I will provide the script, storyboard, and creative direction, but I also welcome editors who can bring thoughtful ideas and suggest stronger ways to present a scene, if that is your preference. In my videos, character consistency is essential. Some projects will feature hyper-realistic characters, while others will use stylized 2D or 3D animated avatars. The same character must remain visually consistent across scenes, videos, Shorts, Reels, and other related content. Facial features, hairstyle, clothing, body type, voice, and overall style cannot noticeably change from one asset to another.

This role is best suited for someone who understands that the final video should feel dynamic and professionally produced, not like a series of static slides. You should be comfortable adding purposeful movement, syncing visuals to narration, creating accurate lip-sync when needed, animating text and graphics, and maintaining strong pacing throughout. Experience with AI video editors such as Generating AI video assets (product shots, avatars/UGC-style talent, b-roll, motion) using tools like Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Runway, or similar is preferred, as well as experience in non-AI video editing. If you know Vyond, Canva, CapCut is a strong plus, but not mandatory. This will begin as a deliverable-based freelance opportunity, with the potential for ongoing collaboration and expanded responsibilities for the right person, as well as potentially full time position.

Payment is based on completed deliverables rather than hours worked. Here are several Weekly Deliverable Packages to choose from based on your availability and interest.

1) Package 1| Per week
1 long-form video up to 5 minutes + 2 vertical short-form videos
Long-form video: $5, Two shorts: $3 each, Total weekly payment: $11.

2) Package 2 | Per Week
One long-form video up to 10 minutes + Two vertical short-form videos
Long-form video: $10, Two shorts: $3 each. Total weekly payment: $16

3) Package 3 | Per Week
One long-form up to 5 min. + 5 shorts - either talking head with B-roll that is generated with AI, not generic stock footage, or character in fast paced motion.
Total weekly payment: $15 +$ 5 = 20$

4) Recommend your package - what can you offer for $50 a week. $200 a month.

The long-form video will include voice-over and AI-generated B-roll featuring the recurring character and related scenes.
The two short-form videos may include: A YouTube Short with voice-over or a talking character requiring accurate lip-sync; and/or an Instagram Reel using the character as B-roll with written captions or text overlays. Qualifications
AI Fluency: Hands-on experience of top-tier generative models via OpenArtAI or through, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, Sora, LTX, ElevenLabs) or similar. Ability to maintain consistent characters and create dynamic AI scenes. Creativity and attention to details. Good communication skills. Traditional video editing background is a plus.( CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
