Senior AI Graphic Designer (DTC E-Commerce)

About us
We are a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand in the wellness space. We run high volumes of paid static creative across Meta, Google, and native platforms. Creative is the engine of our growth, and we are scaling both the volume and quality of what we produce using AI tools. We need a senior designer to lead that output.

What you will do
You will design high-converting static ads, from scroll-stopping image ads to advertorials and product visuals. You will use AI image generation tools to create, edit, and enhance creative at speed. You will produce a high volume of variations for testing without letting quality slip, and you will turn a rough brief into a finished ad without hand-holding.

What we need from you

• You are a senior designer with years of experience creating paid static creative for DTC or performance brands, and you can show us the work.
• You are fluent in AI image tools such as Higgsfield, Nano Banana, and ChatGPT image generation, and you use them daily, not as an experiment.
• You understand direct response, not just aesthetics.
• You know what stops the scroll and what makes an ad convert.
• You work fast and independently.

You are not a fit if:

• You are early in your career.
• You need detailed direction on every project.
• You see AI tools as something you would like to learn rather than something you already use.
• You prioritize artistic polish over conversion performance.
