Full-Time Etsy Graphic Designer – Bring Fresh, Original Concepts to Life

We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer, with a strong creative flair and the ability to create original artwork and typography, to join our team in this full time role.

We primarily sell on Etsy(US market), and do a mixture of illustration, text-only, and everything in between. We create products in a wide variety of niche areas in the Print on Demand market.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in combining innovative ideas and prompts to craft unique designs that resonate with our target audience. They need to have experience of using Canva and Photoshop. We ARE NOT looking for run-of-the-mill graphic designers who use pre-made graphics and re-create the same styles already on the marketplace.

This remote position would be responsible for creating and meeting a daily quota of graphic designs. Experience in this industry is NOT required, but the ideal candidate should have strong understanding of:

*font selection and style, based on the product theme or niche.
*efficient product layout and spacing, maximizing space without clutter.
*an understanding of the USA retail market and consumer needs.
*the ability to look at examples, and improve, expand and enhance.

For example, can you take a normal text-based design and turn it into something fun, creative, and target-focused? Or how about a complicated colorful design, and make it less chaotic, and with a new theme?

This is a full time role, Monday-Friday(40 hours per week). Must have a fast, reliable internet connection. Must have fluency in American English. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.

• Web & platform research using search engines like Google, Etsy, Amazon, Pinterest etc
• Google Suite (Sheets, etc)
• Communications apps like Zoom, WhatsApp, etc
• Project management software (Basecamp, etc)
• Time management or time tracking software (TimeProof, etc)
