Position: Recruiter review a High Volume of US Resumes Daily!

Important: You Must be able to work either
Monday to Friday 6amest to 5pm est and either Saturday or Sunday from 10am EST to 5pm EST

or Monday to Friday 2pm to 7pm est and Sat & Sun 10am to 5pm

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Resume Screener to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating hundreds of incoming resumes everyday for a variety of job positions. Your primary task will be to qualify or disqualify candidates based on their prior experience, answers to questions, location, and skill sets that align with employers' needs. This position requires someone with strong attention to detail, a keen eye for spotting key qualifications, and the ability to work efficiently in a very high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review and assess incoming resumes to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Evaluate candidates based on their experience, answers to questions, location, and relevant skills
• Consistently maintain a high level of accuracy in identifying qualified applicants.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure alignment between job requirements and candidate profiles.

Requirements:

CANDIDATE NEEDS TO BE 100% FLUENT IN SPEAKING, READING AND WRITING ENGLISH

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot key qualifications quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to screen a high volume of resumes.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in resume screening recruitment in the US is a MUST
• Proficiency in Job Websites such as ZipRecruiter, Indeed, etc.
