AI Image & Video Generation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced AI Content Creator to produce high-quality images and short-form videos for digital characters used across social media platforms.

The most important requirement is the ability to create highly consistent characters across large batches of content. The same character must retain the same face, body proportions, skin tone, hairstyle and overall identity across different outfits, environments, poses and videos.

Responsibilities
Generate realistic AI images and short-form videos
Maintain strong character consistency across all content
Preserve facial identity and body proportions between generations
Create multiple outfits, poses, scenes and angles without character drift
Identify and correct distorted faces, hands, anatomy and other generation errors
Improve prompts, references and generation workflows
Produce content efficiently while limiting wasted generations
Organise prompts, settings and completed files clearly
Follow references and creative direction accurately
Deliver content consistently and on schedule
Requirements
Proven experience creating consistent AI characters
Strong AI image-generation skills
Experience with AI video generation
Strong prompt-engineering and troubleshooting skills
Ability to produce realistic, commercially usable content
Good attention to detail
Reliable communication and internet connection
Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
