Salesforce Data Entry (Nonprofit Donor Management)

Hello! I'm hiring a part-time VA to help me with donor data management in Salesforce, this is the primary focus of the role. You'll enter donations into our system (checks, EFTs, and Stripe payments), keep records accurate and free of duplicates, and pull reports for reconciliation and mailing lists.

The skill I'm looking for most is accuracy and follow-through, someone who treats every record like it matters, catches their own mistakes, and doesn't need to be asked twice to double check something. Real hands-on Salesforce experience is a must, but you don't need a certification or advanced admin skills.

Secondary, not essential: experience with light automation (Zapier or similar). I'd love someone who naturally looks for ways to reduce repetitive manual work over time, but this isn't a bar you need to clear starting out.

This role starts part-time, roughly 15-20 hours a week, with the strong possibility of growing to full-time as the workload increases.

I operate a web design/development and remote talent agency, and work with quite a few different tools. I'm looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently once trained.
