AI Video Editor — HeyGen + Google Flow Specialist

PPA Media is a UK-based AI-powered content and client acquisition agency. We produce high-impact video content for coaches, consultants, and property investors — helping them build authority, generate leads, and grow their personal brands across Facebook , Instagram, and YouTube.

The Role
We are looking for a skilled AI Video Editor who can take a script and produce a fully finished, high-production video using a defined workflow. You will work with AI avatar tools and AI video editing platforms to create content that looks cinematic, polished, and on-brand — without traditional filming or studio setups.
This is a systems-based role. Once trained on our workflow, you will be expected to produce videos independently to a consistent standard with minimal supervision.
Your Core Workflow
Every video you produce will follow this production stack:
Receive script and brand brief from the team
Generate the avatar video in HeyGen (lip-synced, consistent character)
Import into Google Flow and apply holographic/AR-style effects using Gemini Omni Flash
Add animated kinetic text using the Type Overlays tool
Apply colour grading and neon glow using the Shader Effects tool
Add particle and glitch effects using the pixelBento tool
Assemble and export the final video using Scenebuilder
Required Skills
Proficient in HeyGen — avatar creation, script upload, lip-sync, export
Proficient in Google Flow — Gemini Omni Flash video editing, Scenebuilder, Tools (Type Overlays, Shader Effects, pixelBento)
Strong understanding of prompt writing for AI video editing
Ability to maintain consistent brand style across multiple videos
Attention to detail — clean cuts, correct text, no AI artefacts left in final output
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet turnaround deadlines
Good written English for communicating with the team
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
Experience with After Effects or CapCut for any finishing touches
Familiarity with short-form content for Instagram Reels, Facebook , and YouTube Shorts
Experience working with personal brand or coaching/consulting clients
Previous work with UK or US-based agencies
