The Lucy Rose Clinic is one of Australia's leading telehealth functional medicine clinics, specialising in thyroid, hormone and metabolic health.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Website Developer to take ownership of our websites and digital customer experience.

This is a long-term remote role for someone who enjoys building, maintaining and continually improving high-performing websites that generate leads and sales.

You'll work closely with our team, to help shape the future of our digital platforms.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for the complete development, maintenance and optimisation of our WordPress and WooCommerce websites.

This is a true full stack role covering front-end development, back-end development, UX, website performance, integrations and conversion optimisation.

As our technology evolves, you'll also assist with future website projects, including potential migration of parts of our website into GoHighLevel.

Key Responsibilities
Own the ongoing development of our WordPress websites
Manage and optimise WooCommerce
Develop custom website functionality
Build responsive, high-converting landing pages
Improve website UX and customer journeys
Develop front-end and back-end solutions
Manage WordPress plugins, themes and updates
Develop custom PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS solutions
Optimise website speed, performance and Core Web Vitals
Manage website security, backups and hosting
Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues
Implement APIs and third-party integrations
Work closely with marketing to improve conversion rates
Support future migration projects, including GoHighLevel

Essential Requirements
Minimum 5 years' full stack web development experience
Expert WordPress and WooCommerce experience
Strong PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Experience developing custom WordPress functionality
Strong UX and conversion optimisation experience
Experience building high-converting landing pages
Experience with APIs and third-party integrations
Strong understanding of website performance and optimisation
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and spoken English
Able to work independently and take ownership
