Cold Calling Sales Representative – B2B Lead Generation

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in lead generation and brand scaling for small to mid-sized businesses. We’re looking for motivated, persuasive, and results-driven Cold Calling Sales Representatives to join our remote team.

As a Cold Caller, your main responsibility will be to outreach to qualified businesses via phone, introduce our marketing services, and schedule appointments or live transfers for our sales team. We provide scripts, CRM tools, and targeted lead lists—you bring the energy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to small business owners across selected niches (e.g., med spas, dentists, real estate agents, etc.)

Follow a proven script to qualify and engage prospects

Book appointments or warm transfers to the closer/sales rep

Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in our CRM

Report daily progress and KPIs (calls made, leads booked, etc.)

Work independently and manage time effectively

Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales

Clear, confident English-speaking skills (U.S. accent preferred)

Strong communication and objection-handling abilities

Comfortable working remotely and hitting daily call quotas

High-speed internet, quiet environment, and headset
