About the Role
Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist
Steel City Investment Properties is looking for an acquisitions specialist to help source off-market investment properties.
Responsibilities:
- Scrub Facebook real estate/wholesaler groups for deals
- Reach out to wholesalers and build relationships
- Analyze properties by pulling comps and calculating ARV
- Estimate repairs and determine if deals meet our buying criteria
- Present qualified deals to our team
Requirements:
- Experience comping houses and calculating ARV
- Knowledge of real estate investing and wholesale deals
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- 2 years experience is required
