Traditional Animator

I am searching for a 2d hand animator (not rigging or toonboom, but hand drawn animation) in the korean/japanese style. Ideally, applicants would be able to do from start to finish animation, going from a provided script to a final colored animation.

Please include the expected seconds of completed content that can be done per month if possible. There is not a set minimum hours per week for this job, so it can be either part or full time depending on your preference & output speed.
