Supply Chain Manager (Fluent in Chinese & English)

We’re looking for a high-level Supply Chain Manager who can fully own and optimize our global supply chain operations for a rapidly growing DTC company handling 30,000+ orders per month.

This is not a basic operations role — we need someone who can think strategically, move fast, solve problems proactively, and scale systems efficiently.

You must have experience working at established DTC/eCommerce brands and be comfortable managing everything from forecasting and supplier negotiations to packaging optimization and operational improvements.

What You’ll Own
1. Full A–Z supply chain management
2. Inventory forecasting & stock planning
3. Direct manufacturer & supplier communication (mainly China)
4. Packaging improvements & cost optimization
5. Logistics, fulfillment & operational efficiency
6. System/process optimization and scalability
7. Preventing stockouts and improving margins
8. Building a world-class supply chain operation

Requirements
1. Fluent in Chinese & English
2. Previous experience at large DTC/eCommerce brands
3. Strong forecasting & inventory planning skills
4. Experience managing Chinese manufacturers
5. Proven ability to optimize systems and operations
6. Experience handling high-volume order operations (30K+ monthly orders preferred)
7. Strong ownership mentality and problem-solving skills
