Long-Term Video Editor — Podcast & Corporate Video

Color Beyond is a video and podcast production company based in the US, working with educational institutions, nonprofits, and business owners on branded video and done-for-you podcast production. We're building out our editing team and hiring long-term video editors, not for a one-off project. This is an exclusive, ongoing role: you'll work with our company only, not alongside other clients.

What you'll do:

• Edit podcast episodes, long-form and short-form/reels
• Build intros and outros
• Edit corporate and educational video content
• Add captions and basic motion graphics
• A.i generated b-roll
• Follow our brand style guide and reference materials
• Turn around edits on a consistent weekly schedule

You'll need your own editing software, Final Cut Pro ( what we currently use), Premier, or equivalent. We'll share reference videos and our style standards so you know what we're looking for.

Pay is a monthly stipend to start. After a test season, we'll talk about moving into a full team position with benefits.

I'm looking for someone with a strong podcast editing portfolio, long-form, short-form, and intros/outros. You should be comfortable following a detailed style guide and reference materials rather than guessing at the vibe. We need someone reliable and communicative who hits deadlines consistently, and who's looking for one long-term home for their editing work, not a side gig stacked alongside other clients
