General Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a highly resourceful Virtual Assistant to become the first VA hire in a fast-growing digital marketing agency. What You’ll Be Doing (No Two Days Will Be the Same):

• Managing client onboarding (email s, form submissions, setting up folders)
• Posting, editing, and refreshing Facebook & IG ads
• Updating and organizing client dashboards & internal trackers (Google Sheets)
• Coordinating Zoom links, calendar invites, Slack updates
• Following SOPs and helping build new ones
• Doing whatever it takes to free up the founder’s time

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Great at following SOPs and taking initiative when none exist
• Knows their way around Google Drive, Slack, Loom, Calendly, Meta Ads (basic)
• Quick learner, fast executor — no hand-holding needed
• Hungry to grow inside a fast-moving team
• Experience with agencies or online businesses a bonus
