We’re Hiring: Junior Web Designer — Figma Expert

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Web Designer to join our team full-time and remotely.

Your main responsibility will be designing modern, professional, and conversion-focused websites in Figma. Once the designs are approved, our developers will handle the website build.

The ideal candidate should also be comfortable creating other graphic design materials and editing short-form videos.

Responsibilities:

• Design complete website layouts and landing pages in Figma
• Create desktop, tablet, and mobile-responsive designs
• Build clean wireframes, mockups, and design prototypes
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual styles
• Prepare organized design files for developer handoff
• Work closely with developers and tea ---------- mbers during revisions
• Create social media graphics, banners, ads, and other marketing materials
• Edit short-form videos for social media and marketing campaigns
• Make design revisions based on team or client feedback
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Good understanding of website layout, spacing, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Basic understanding of responsive web design
• Experience creating graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools
• Experience editing videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
• Ability to follow instructions and accept constructive feedback
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organization and time-management skills
• Reliable internet connection and equipment for remote work
• A portfolio showing website designs, graphics, and video-editing samples

Experience Level:

This is a junior-level position, but applicants must already have a strong understanding of Figma and basic web-design principles. Training and guidance will be provided, but you should be able to create professional designs with minimal supervision.
