Content Marketing & Video Editing Assistant (AI, Books & Email Marketing)

We are looking for a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented Content & Marketing Assistant to help grow our brand through video editing, content creation, email marketing, text marketing, book design, presentations, and AI-generated graphics.

Position Details:

• Work Hours: 8 hours per day
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
• Output Requirement: 2 short-form reel videos per day, 1 book design bi weekly & presentation edit once a year per client. There are 30 clients.

Responsibilities:

Video Editing

• Edit talking-head style videos for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook Reels.
• Remove dead spaces, pauses, and unnecessary sections to improve pacing and engagement.
• Add relevant B-roll footage to enhance storytelling and viewer retention.
• Incorporate suitable sound effects (SFX) and transitions when necessary.
• Create and add accurate subtitles/captions that are properly synced with the audio.
• Source and add copyright-free background music that matches the video's tone and style.
• Deliver polished and engaging videos within the daily production target
• Add copyright-free background music.
• Create engaging, high-retention videos

Email & SMS Marketing

• Create and schedule email campaigns inside GoHighLevel.
• Create and schedule SMS/text marketing campaigns.
• Promote webinars, books, special offers, and services.
• Help launch new book promotions through email and text campaigns.
• Keep campaigns organized and scheduled on time.

Requirements:

Book & Flyers/Posters Design

• Design and format approximately one book every two weeks.
• Create attractive covers and layouts.
• Prepare files for digital and print publishing.

AI Content & Graphics

• Generate AI images for presentations, books, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Edit and enhance AI-generated graphics when needed.

Presentation Design

• Design professional PowerPoint presentations.
• Update existing client presentations.
• Create visually appealing slides that match our brand.

Marketing Support

• Help organize and execute marketing campaigns.
• Assist with launching new books, webinars, services, and special offers.
• Create graphics and marketing materials when needed.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.

Requirements - You need to be open to doing whatever we ask of you

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience editing short-form videos.
• Has experience with Canva or similar design software.
• Has experience creating professional presentations.
• Has experience with email marketing.
• Has experience with SMS/text marketing.
• Learns software quickly (GoHighLevel experience is a plus but not required—we can train the right person).
• Understands social media trends and retention editing.
• Can source copyright-free B-roll, music, and sound effects.
• Can create accurate subtitles and captions.
• Is organized, dependable, and meets deadlines.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Has excellent attention to detail.
• Has an American-style understanding of marketing and branding.
