Real Estate Acquisitions Closer (Warm Seller Leads · Get Deals Under Contract)

Type: Part-time (~20 hrs/week) · Schedule: US business hours, Central Time — flexible, but your hours must fall within ~9 AM–6 PM CT when sellers answer the phone · Pay: $4.00/hour base + 1% commission on the net assignment fee of every deal you get under contract that closes.

About us
We're Paragon Acquisitions, a US real estate wholesaling team. We buy houses for cash and resell them to investors. Our setters find and warm up motivated sellers — your job is to take those warm, already-interested sellers and get them under contract. You work inside our own web portal: a built-in dialer (no Kixie, nothing to install), the seller's numbers on screen, and a script for every call.

What you'll do
Call warm, qualified sellers we assign to you (not cold lists — people who've already talked to us or shown interest).
Reconnect, build quick rapport, and lock in the cash number. Quote our firm offer; hold at or below the max — never above it.
Handle common objections (price, timing, "I need to think about it," "why not list with an agent") and move the seller to yes.
The ---------- nt they say yes, lock the signature — send the agreement and walk them through signing while they're on the phone.

Set firm callbacks and follow up with discipline — most deals are won on the follow-up.
Log every call and note in the portal (auto-saves to our CRM).

You're a great fit if you
Have 2+ years of phone sales, appointment setting, or acquisitions/closing experience — US real estate wholesaling is a big plus.
Speak clear, confident, neutral-accent English and sound natural on the phone.
Are persuasive but honest — you close without being pushy, and you never over-promise.
Are reliable and can commit to consistent part-time hours during US Central Time.
Have a wired headset, a stable internet connection (10+ Mbps), and a quiet place to call.

Nice to have
Experience with cash offers, ARV/repairs/MAO, purchase agreements, or DocuSeal/DocuSign.
Prior remote work with a US team.
Availability to grow into full-time as you close more deals.
Pay & growth
$4.00/hour base, paid for your tracked time in the portal.
1% commission on the net assignment fee of every deal you get under contract that closes — real money on top of your base, uncapped.
Paid weekly. Part-time now, with a clear path to full-time and higher earnings as you produce.
