Real Estate Acquisition Closer 2 (Remote) - US$6-8/hour + Commission

We are hiring a Real Estate Acquisitions Closer (fully remote). We welcome closers from ANY sales background - no prior real estate experience required, we provide full training. This is a base + commission role with realistic earning potential of US$60,000 to US$120,000 per year for top performers.

You will be calling motivated property sellers, building rapport, handling objections, and getting deals under contract over the phone.

Requirements:

• Strong phone and closing skills
• Excellent, clear English
• Able to work Monday to Saturday during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
• A distraction-free home office with reliable high-speed internet and a computer that can run multiple applications
• Comfortable with screenshot monitoring on your own computer and staying in a muted team Zoom room during your shift
• Comfortable with a high call volume (150+ calls per day)

Pay: US$6-8 per hour plus commission.
