Youtube Video editor

I'm looking for a long-term video editor to grow with my Roblox YouTube channel. My content is focused on kids' Roblox videos and is similar in style to FoltynFamily, so before applying, please take the time to watch a few of their videos to understand the editing style I'm looking for. I want fast-paced, engaging edits with great pacing, sound effects, zooms, funny ---------- s, and creative visual effects that keep viewers entertained from beginning to end.

I'm no longer looking for daily long-form uploads because I've learned that quality is much more important than quantity. Instead, I'm looking for someone who can consistently edit 2 high-quality long-form videos each week (typically Mondays and Fridays) while also creating at least 3 high-quality Shorts/Reels every weekday (Monday through Friday). The Shorts should generally be 30–60 seconds long, not several minutes, and should have just as much effort put into them as the long-form content. Since Shorts are the primary daily workload, I expect them to be creative, funny, and optimized for viewer retention rather than feeling rushed or repetitive. Weekends are off unless discussed otherwise.

This position does have a consistent workload, so please only apply if you're confident you can handle editing 3 quality Shorts every weekday while also delivering 2 polished long-form videos each week without missing deadlines or sacrificing quality. Reliability and consistency are extremely important to me.

The starting pay is $300 USD per month, with raises as the channel grows. I also believe in rewarding the people helping build the channel, so brand deal revenue will be shared with the editor. My goal is to find one editor to build a long-term working relationship with—I don't want to constantly rotate between editors. I'm looking for someone who communicates well, accepts feedback, is reliable, meets deadlines, and genuinely wants to grow alongside the channel.
