Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our business development efforts. This role is responsible for identifying qualified prospects, executing outbound outreach, maintaining CRM accuracy, and generating a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate is an experienced lead generation professional who understands how to consistently build a qualified pipeline through research, outbound outreach, and relationship building. We are looking for someone who brings fresh ideas and continuously seeks innovative ways to generate new business opportunities. They should be self-motivated, results-driven, and excited to help build and scale our business through effective lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently develop and execute lead generation strategies that consistently generate qualified opportunities and book meetings on behalf of company leadership.
1. Outbound Prospecting & Meeting Generation
-Execute prospecting campaigns by sending personalized messages to qualified prospects.
-Support outbound email campaigns by following established messaging sequences.
-Initiate first-touch outreach to new prospects and consistently maintain daily outreach activity goals.
-Qualify prospects and book discovery calls and introductory meetings on behalf of company leadership.
2. CRM & Pipeline Management
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records by documenting prospect activity, tracking pipeline progression, and managing follow-up tasks.
-Ensure lead records remain organized and complete while monitoring prospect status throughout the sales process.
3. Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
-Track daily outreach metrics, including messages sent, new connections, responses received, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities generated.
-Analyze outreach performance, identify trends, and recommend new strategies and process improvements to increase response rates, meeting generation, and overall lead generation effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in lead generation, specifically setting up meetings with qualified leads
Strong proficiency in American English and excellent written communication skills
Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining personalization and quality with high attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Professional, positive, and growth-oriented mindset.
Performance Metrics:
Success will be measured by # of qualified meetings scheduled - 20 or more per month minimum
Daily outreach activity completed
CRM accuracy and completeness
Consistency in pipeline growth
Overall contribution to sales opportunities
Timeliness in response to internal communications.
Availability & Communication Expectations:
This is a part-time remote position requiring availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET). Tea ---------- mbers are expected to remain accessible throughout the designated workdays and respond to WhatsApp, email or other business communications within 15 minutes during working hours, unless they have communicated their unavailability in advance. This is a non negotiable.
