Job Summary
We are seeking a telemarketer with some form of experience to cold call 4-6 hours a day. You will be started off at a $150 a week + bonuses. Your main objective is to call people and ask them if they would like lawn care services. You will then get a good day and time out of them to set up an appointment and have one of our technicians go and give them an in person quote. If the client accepts our in person quote you will get paid a bonus. You have the ability to make $50-$200+ per day on bonuses alone.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest in our services.
Once interest is established, set appointments with the clients best availability.
Upload all confirmed appointments into our CRM system.
Dial for 4 hours a day.
Study and memorize a simple script we use, along with a list of rebuttles.

Requirements
Prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or call center environments.
Must speak English. (Spanish is a plus)
4 hours a day for every day you work.
Must have access to wifi, a computer you can use Chrome with, a microphone to make calls preferably a noise cancellation one and a quiet area to work in.
Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with enthusiasm and resilience while maintaining professionalism.
Must bring in 2 appointments a day minimum
