We run TikTok ad campaigns in the rewards and sweepstakes niche, and I'm hiring ONE person to join long-term and grow with us. The work isn't complicated and you'll have a full training video before I even accept you in, which is exactly why I expect it done sharp, consistent, and without hand-holding. I hire for effort and precision, not credentials.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Find and save images from the internet based on my directions
• Assemble them into slideshow/carousel-style or short video TikTok ads following our templates
• Add text and captions matching our examples
• Keep every file named and organized to our system, without being reminded
• Hit your daily output targets every shift — and take pride in doing it right

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR

• Someone hungry for a long-term role, not quick easy money
• Figures simple things out on their own. I'm not going to teach basics outside of the training video

PAY & GROWTH
Starting at $6/hour, 5 hours per day, paid weekly, on time, every week. More hours, raises, and bigger responsibilities go to the person who proves themselves. There is only ONE position available, so bring your best. :)

First step: I send you my full guide on exactly how we operate. Watch ALL of it and know it cold, because the final step is a phone call where I quiz you on it. I won't be re-teaching what's in the guide/showing up prepared IS the interview. The person who puts in the most effort gets the job.
