Operating on an advantageous timezone arbitrage window from 4:00 AM to noon HST, you will act as the absolute final gatekeeper for our flagship enterprise client, Maui Medical Group (MMG), before claims reach the clearinghouse.Backed by autonomous Microsoft Agent 365 bots that handle 90% of basic scripting, modifier injections, and documentation gathering in the background, you will manage a highly focused, value-sorted exception queue of approximately 20 complex clinical cases per shift.Core ResponsibilitiesExecute the Clinical Blitz: Log onto our single-page visual canvas at 4:00 AM HST to process high-value claims pre-sorted by dollar amount descending.Skim and Approve: Review pre-compiled clinical evidence windows generated by our bots. Skim extracted EHR chart text sections side-by-side with proposed billing modifiers (e.g., -25, -59), verify compliance using clinical judgment, and click to dispatch clean payloads to the clearinghouse API in seconds.Manage Complex Recovery: Evaluate post-submission clinical denial alerts ingested in real-time via background portal scrapers.
