Weekly Schedule:
Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 6pm Pacific Time (1hr unpaid lunch/ 2 paid 15 min breaks)

Pay: 245 PHP per hour + commissions
Commissions:
+ $1000 for any lead that turns into a sale, commission paid after PTO (Installation)
+ $50 Bonus for every Electric Bill uploaded

This role is heavily incentivized.

Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus: 2,000 PHP

Qualifications

• Must Speak Excellent English with no accent (Sound American).
• Must have 1+ years of experience in the solar industry, specializing in qualifying leads and booking high-quality appointments.
• Must know how to guide homeowners and business owners through the solar energy adoption process, helping them make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities:

• Book solid solar leads and get Electric Bills uploaded to our website. $50 Bonus for every EB uploaded.
