YOUR ROLE You will grow Acendia’s own agency brand and client base — and eventually deliver the same results for our clients. You are someone who turns audiences into leads, and leads into closed business — efficiently and at scale.What you’ll do:
Build, launch, and optimise high?converting social ad campaigns that deliver leads at low cost per lead
Create and batch?produce content using AI tools — captions, visuals, campaign angles — 10–20 pieces in the time others do one
Grow our social presence across key international markets — NZ, AU, UK, and beyond
Test, measure, and refine everything — you care about results, not just activity
Align all work with our core promise: YOUR business is OUR business
Support client social and ad work as we scale — using our proven AI?native workflows

WHAT YOU BRING
Proven experience creating and managing social campaigns that generate enquiries
Track record of low cost per lead and consistent conversion
Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research, writing, visuals, and testing
Agency experience is a strong bonus — but results speak loudest
Fluent, professional English — written and spoken to a high standard
You thrive in high?volume, fast?moving environments
