About the Role

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage the operational side of our Instagram growth.

Your primary responsibilities will be creating new Instagram accounts, organizing them properly, and publishing content consistently according to our established process. We've developed clear systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every task, so we're looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable following established processes.

This is a long-term position with room to take on more responsibility as we grow.

Responsibilities

• Create and properly set up new Instagram accounts following our SOPs.
• Upload profile information, bios, profile pictures, and account settings.
• Publish posts, Reels, Stories, and other content according to a content calendar.
• Ensure every account follows our quality standards and posting schedule.
• Keep accurate records of account information and progress.
• Report any issues such as account restrictions, login problems, or posting errors.
• Follow our workflows carefully while maintaining consistency across all accounts.
• Communicate regularly regarding completed work and daily progress.

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail—you notice small mistakes before others do.
• Reliable and consistent. We value dependability over speed.
• Comfortable following documented processes and checklists.
• Basic familiarity with Instagram.
• Good written English for clear communication.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Stable internet connection and computer.
• Previous VA or social media experience is a plus but not required if you're a fast learner.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating or managing Instagram accounts.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools.
• Experience using Google Sheets, Notion, or similar organizational tools.
• Experience working with remote teams.

Growth Opportunities

This role starts with Instagram account setup and content posting, but high performers will have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, including:

• Managing larger groups of accounts.
• Improving workflows and SOPs.

• Growing into an Operations or Social Media Management role.
