Senior Accountant

We're looking for a detail-driven Senior Accountant to own the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of U.S.-based clients. You'll be the financial point of contact your clients trust — keeping books clean, insights sharp, and communication proactive.

Key responsibilities
You'll hold the financial relationship with clients from end to end — from daily transactions to month-end close and strategic reporting.

Client communication
Manage ongoing client relationships via Zoom, chat, and email . You're the go-to for all things financial — responsive, proactive, and easy to work with.
Full cycle accounting
Handle AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, sales tax, and advanced month-end close processes with precision.
Reporting & analysis
Prepare timely, accurate financials and clean balance sheets. Go beyond the numbers — deliver insights your clients can actually act on.
System optimization
Maintain and improve cloud-based accounting systems, especially QBO. Spot inefficiencies and propose process improvements before they're asked.
Construction accounting
Preferred
Experience with job costing, WIP schedules, deferred revenue, and margin tracking for construction or home services clients is a strong plus.
