Clinic Growth Accelerator is a performance marketing agency serving 500+ cash-pay healthcare clinics across the US (chiropractic, dental, med spa, pain management). We generate, produce, and optimize video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.

We're profitable, fast-growing, and intentionally building a small team of high performers. This is not a traditional agency—we're systems-focused and results-driven.

THE ROLE

You are the video production backbone for our content engine. You'll edit short-form clips, long-form videos, and YouTube content on daily deadlines. You own the entire workflow: raw footage to final export, file organization, quality control, and delivery.

You are not a freelancer. This is a production system.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (DAILY)

Short-Form Content (40-50% of time)

• Extract short clips from long-form videos, webinars, and interviews
• Edit for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts (9:16, 1:1 aspect ratios)
• Add B-roll, transitions, graphics
• Optimize for platform specifications
• Daily target: 4 short-form edits minimum (30 seconds to 2 minutes each)

Long-Form Content (30-35% of time)

• Edit interviews, testimonials, educational videos, YouTube content (5-20 minutes)
• Color grade, audio mix, full quality control
• Add graphics, lower thirds, chapter markers
• Daily target: 2 long-form edits minimum (or equivalent time on shorts)

Systems and Organization (10% of time)

• Organize footage by project/client/date
• Maintain asset libraries (music, transitions, templates)
• Log every edit (date, client, platform, location, status)
• Document SOP improvements

Quality Control (5-10% of time)

• QA every export (specs, timing, audio, text, brand consistency)
• Catch production errors (sync issues, timing, graphics problems)
• Learn from mistakes and document them
• Suggest process improvements proactively
• Update SOPs when you find a better workflow

Platform Optimization (5% of time)

• Ensure all exports meet YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Reels specifications
• Manage thumbnails, titles, descriptions for YouTube
• Track platform best practices

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

Base Pay: $1,000/month ($12,000/year)

Performance Bonus: $500/month ($6,000/year) when you:

• Hit daily output targets (4 shorts OR 2 long-form per day, 5 days/week)
• Maintain quality standards (0-1 revisions per edit due to your error)
• Deliver on time (100?adline compliance)
• Have no silent failures (all files properly formatted and delivered)

Guaranteed earnings: $18,000/year if targets are met consistently.

YOU ARE:

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience (YouTube, short-form, social media, or broadcast)
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro OR Final Cut Pro OR DaVinci Resolve (not beginner level)
• Can edit quickly without constantly googling tutorials
• Think like an operations lead, not a freelancer
• See bottlenecks, organize proactively, document your work
• Communicate clearly (brief designers, identify issues, summarize work)
• Detail-oriented and learn from mistakes
• Deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines
• Have a portfolio of sample edits, YouTube content, or volume work to show

HARD REQUIREMENTS

• 9am-5pm CST every day, Monday-Friday (no flexibility)
• Fluent English (clear communication required)
• Video editing proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to produce daily output (4 shorts OR 2 long-form per day)
• Production-ready from day one (we'll train you on our specific SOPs and templates, but not on editing basics)

100% of deadlines met—no "almost done" or "tomorrow"

File Organization
Consistent naming, folder structure, asset logging; findable without asking

Detail Orientation
Optimized thumbnails, checked audio levels, readable text, brand consistency

Revision requests and questions answered same business day
