About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to directly support the owner and help manage our team at our credit repair and funding company. This is a long-term, full-time role for a detail-oriented, business-minded professional who has prior experience working within the credit repair or business funding industry and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a right-hand to the owner, directly supporting leadership and day-to-day priorities
  • Help manage, coordinate, and hold the team accountable across tasks and deadlines
  • Bring a business-minded perspective — help identify opportunities to grow and manage the business, not just handle administrative tasks
  • Manage the owner's calendar, email inbox, and daily priorities
  • Prepare, proofread, and organize documents, contracts, and client files
  • Coordinate communication between clients, underwriters/funders, and internal tea ---------- mbers
  • Track client files through the credit repair/funding pipeline and follow up on outstanding items
  • Enter and maintain accurate client data in the CRM (GoHighLevel)
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments
  • Handle confidential client and financial information with discretion
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping/expense tracking as needed
  • Research and summarize information for decision-making
  • Manage ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive VA, or similar role, ideally with team management experience
  • Direct experience working in credit repair, business funding/lending, or a related financial services company (required)
  • Strong business acumen — able to think strategically about growing and managing the business, not just execute tasks
  • Comfortable managing or coordinating a team
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Comfortable with CRM systems (GoHighLevel or similar), Google Workspace, and basic document tools
  • Trustworthy with confidential client and financial information
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet workstation

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with credit repair software/processes (credit report analysis, dispute tracking)
  • Familiarity with business funding/lending processes (MCA, term loans, lines of credit)
  • Bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $600–$1,000 USD/month, based on experience
  • Full-time, long-term, stable role
  • Growth opportunities and supportive management

How to Apply: Please email your resume along with:

  • A summary of your Executive Assistant experience and the industries you've supported
  • Details on your credit repair and/or business funding experience specifically, and any experience helping manage or grow a business/team
  • Examples of tools/CRMs you've used (especially GoHighLevel)
