Experienced Product Sourcing Assistant

Hi,
I'm looking for a part-time Product Sourcing Assistant who already knows how to source for Amazon FBA. This isn't a training role. You should be able to open SellerAmp, read a Keepa chart, and tell me in a few seconds whether a product is worth buying and why.
You'll be sourcing online arbitrage leads from retail sites and logging them in a shared sheet. I care about accuracy and consistency more than raw volume, so if you send me 3-5 solid leads a day that actually hold up, that's better than 60 I have to re-check.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with SellerAmp (SAS) for profit, ROI, and BSR analysis
Confident reading Keepa charts: sales rank drops, price history, buy box share, and offer count
Prior online arbitrage or Amazon FBA sourcing experience
Able to spot IP risk, gated brands, and seasonal or one-off spikes before sending a lead through
Comfortable with Google Sheets and clear written English
Reliable internet connection and computer
Responsibilities
Sourcing profitable online arbitrage leads across retail sites
Running every lead through SellerAmp and validating it against Keepa history
Logging leads in Google Sheets with all required fields filled in accurately
Filtering out leads that fail our ROI, sell rate, or risk criteria before submitting
Reporting on daily lead counts and flagging anything unusual you run into
Pay
$3.00 per hour. Raises are earned quickly based on accuracy, performance, and reliability.
Work hours are 9-5 AM Filipino time, and there's room to grow here for anyone who performs well and takes initiative.
